2. Self-starter who is willing to work from own home or office.
   
   
3. Excellent management skills. Ability to work with clients, maintenance companies, waste haulers, and recyclers in designing efficient waste reduction systems. Proficiency in Spanish is a definite plus.
   
   
4. Willing to work on a straight commission of 25 percent of client savings on disposal costs.
